A downloadable game
From my second interaction of people playing my game, there were many things that I have learned. There were many obstacles that the players were able to overcome that I designed one way, but they were able to beat another way. At the moment I have been working on Ui and an Ai character which is taking the longest out of everything that I have done so far.
So far, I have only added another building which the player will have to jump over, but besides that, I have finished the art that I wanted to have in the game. Through the last couple of weeks that I still have, if there are still some art that I can add if I have time, I will add them.
I believe the goals that I put myself have been perfect because I have been following each on week by week and keeping up with them without falling behind. The only Ui element that I have added was the starting menu which you can press play, quit or check how to play the game. I am trying to figure out how I can pause the game for the player to take a pause if need to.
The only issue that I have been facing has been with the ai character that I have been working on. I have the character moving around, but I want the ai to follow the character to be able to do damage. I am also struggling on the animations the character has to do while idle or running. I get to a certain part of the blueprint of animation where I struggle at. The way I choose to resolve this is by looking at more videos to see what I am doing wrong, and if I have to restart all over to make the ai character work, I will do it.
I added grass tall grass to show that the building is abandoned and not taken care of.
Toward the middle of the game the player will have to figure out what box is the correct one to open the gate.At the end of the game the player will have to enter the building to find their partner.
